IMA General Assembly 2011
IMA hereby invites you to participate in the annual General Assembly, Thursday the 22nd of September.
Despite the short notice, we hope that you will take interest in this and join us for a nice evening. The overall plan is to finish up the ‘formal’ part of the general assembly with a small Beer Tasting Session - maybe followed by a visit to Klubben J

Program for the evening:
18.00 - 20.00: General Assembly.
- Selection of chairman (dirrigent) and minute taker (referent).
- Short presentation of IMA activities year 2010/2011
- Presentation and approval of financial statements
- Election of new board members
- AOB
20.00 - ??.??: Beer Tasting Session
- Michael from Humlekompagniet will come and present a variety of special beers for us.
